ZODIAC DATA SYSTEMS SAS is created through the fusion of IN-SNEC with ENERTEC.
HEIM changes its corporate name to become ZODIAC DATA SYSTEMS GmbH

The IN-SNEC Group establishes itself in the United States with the creation of its subsidiary ZODIAC DATA SYSTEMS (ZDS Inc.) from the merger of ENERTEC America and Heim Data Systems (HDS Inc.).

IN-SNEC buys ENERTEC, previously the "Magnetic Recording and Data Acquisition" Division of Schlumberger Industries and its two subsidiaries: ENERTEC US in the United States and ENERTEC UK in Great Britain, specializing in data and video recorders.

IN-SNEC buys the test recorder product line from THALES, formerly RACAL HEIM, based both in Germany (Thales-Heim Systems GmbH) and in the US (Thales-Heim Data Systems). The two subsidiaries are respectively called Heim Systems GmbH and Heim Data Systems.

The activities of a subsidiary: E2A, located in the south of France, are integrated into IN-SNEC.

The ZODIAC Group acquires the INTERTECHNIQUE Group.

IN-SNEC is created from the merger of the Telemetry and Systems activities of the INTERTECHNIQUE Group with the SNEC Company.

The "Société Nouvelle d’Equipements du Calvados": SNEC is founded, specializing in microwave technology for telemetry and telecommunications.

Foundation of the INTERTECHNIQUE group, focusing on French and European Aerospace activities.
