Up to 48 Peripheral Units could be connected to the Master Unit for collecting data forming a modular, flexible, powerfull and secure acquisition system adapted to the multi-stage launchers.

FTR: Flight Termination Receivers (for launcher)

The Flight Termination Receiver FTR 200 family is a progressive design based on more than 20 years of skill and experience in designing such receivers and equip ground to air and air to ground missiles as well as UAV.

Such remote-controlled spread spectrum or IRIG standard receivers ensure destruction order for safety into a complete flight termination chain
 

 

FTR200: Flight termination receiver - Spread Spectrum

  • Remote control receivers for protection mode
  • Spread spectrum receiver mounted on-board the Ariane launchers to transmit the command of destruction by radio wave in event of dysfunction.
  • Equipment designed to resist severe environments.

 It is under serial production for space launchers Ariane 5.

 

 FTR240: Flight termination receiver - IRIG standard

This remote-controlled IRIG standard receiver / decoder is dedicated to missile or space applications. It has been qualified for several missile programs (based on MIL STD-461C for class A and GAM-EG13).
